Mobile Application Slowly Radio Privacy Policy

Privacy policy applies to the Slowly Radio mobile application, available on Google Play (Android) and App Store (iOS). It describes how user data is processed when using the application.

The Slowly Radio application does not collect any personal or sensitive data.

The only permission used is Internet access, strictly necessary to stream the audio feed.

4. Third-party services

The audio stream is broadcast by Radioking, a third-party provider. Radioking may technically collect certain data (notably the user’s IP address) for listening statistics purposes.

The application also uses the following services:

• Firebase Analytics (Google): collects anonymized usage data to better understand how the application is used (frequency, duration, screens viewed).
• Firebase Crashlytics (Google): collects anonymous technical data in the event of a crash to identify errors and improve stability.
• Sentry: collects anonymous technical data related to errors to help diagnose and resolve bugs.

These services may process certain technical identifiers (such as a session ID, device type, or OS version). No personal data is directly collected for these purposes.

5. Push notifications

Push notifications are managed via Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google). This service may temporarily process technical identifiers (such as a device token) to enable sending notifications. No personal data is linked or collected for this purpose.

6. Data sharing

No data is shared by Slowly Radio with third parties. The only data that may be collected (by Radioking, the broadcaster) is neither processed nor accessible by the application’s publisher or developer.

7. Technical Identifiers Collection

As part of the operation of the application and for anonymized statistical purposes, we collect a technical identifier linked to the device you use:

• On Android: the system-provided ANDROID_ID (Settings.Secure.ANDROID_ID).
• On iOS: the “Identifier for Vendor” (IDFV).

These identifiers are non-personal in the sense that they do not directly identify you. They are used exclusively for:

•  analyzing app usage (usage statistics),
• improving the performance and stability of our service,
• preventing duplication in statistical data.

Legal Basis: This processing is based on our legitimate interest in understanding how the application is used and improving its overall performance.

Data Retention: Technical identifiers are retained only for the time necessary to perform statistical analysis and are automatically deleted after 90 days.

Data Sharing: These identifiers are never sold or transferred to third parties. They may only be shared with our technical service providers (hosting, analytics tools) when strictly necessary for statistical processing.

8. Security

All communications are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No local or remote processing of personal data is performed. The application operates solely as a streaming player.

The application does not store any user data locally or remotely.
Uninstalling the application deletes all cache files related to its operation.
